Getting started

What is DeepRoute?

DeepRoute Azeroth is an unofficial interactive fan map for WoW Forever. It brings places, zones, flight points and other information together on one map.

How do I navigate?

Pan the map and zoom using your mouse wheel or zoom controls. Use the continent selector to switch between available maps.

Language and fullscreen

Use Options to choose the interface language independently of the map-label language. Fullscreen mode gives the map more space.

Continents, zones and places

What is a zone?

A zone is an area of a continent with its own places, enemies and often a recommended level range. Zone boundaries and level indicators help you navigate.

Exploring zones

Select a zone on the map to inspect its available place and area information. Additional details and services appear where data is available.

Travel, flight points and routes

What is a flight point?

Flight points are stations in the flight-master travel network. In game, connections generally need to be unlocked. The map helps you locate known stations.

How does the route planner work?

Open the route planner, choose your start and destination, then inspect the suggested connection. Available transport types depend on the current data.

Why might routes be missing?

DeepRoute does not invent connections. If road or transport data is missing, a verified route may not yet be available.

Dungeons, bosses and quests

What is a dungeon?

A dungeon is a distinct game area containing enemies, bosses and possible rewards. Dungeon information can help you prepare.

Using dungeon information

Open a dungeon view using the map or atlas features. Select a boss to see available information and associated items.

Quests and quest givers

Quests are tasks you can accept and complete in game. Where records are available, the quest catalogue can display quest names and other references.

Loot, items and stats

What does loot mean?

Loot means items or rewards you may obtain, for example from defeated bosses. Being listed does not guarantee an item will appear after every kill.

What are item stats?

Stats and properties describe an item, such as bonuses or equipment characteristics. Hover over or select an available item to open its displayed details.

Incomplete item data

Not every item detail exists in the available game data. Missing stats are not replaced by invented information.

Professions and resources

Profession and resource information can help with gathering activities. Enable the relevant map layers when available for your selected map.
